Show the three gestures
On the projector: pinch paints, an open hand pauses, two fingers erase. Three moves is all anyone needs to know.
Minutes 3–15 · Rotation
Pairs take turns
Pairs rotate in 90-second turns at the webcam device. Everyone else sketches the same template on paper until it is their turn — same motif, two media.
Minutes 15–20 · Gallery
Export and celebrate
Export each artwork as a PNG and flip through the class gallery on the projector. Loudest cheer wins.
Good to know
- Any laptop with a webcam works — including school Chromebooks. It runs in the browser: no installs, no accounts, no student data.
- Privacy is built in: camera frames are processed locally in the browser and never uploaded. Analytics are cookie-less with anonymized IPs.
- One device plus a projector is enough. The whole class sees the magic even with a single webcam.
- Tracking tips: light from the front, about an arm's length from the camera, and a calm background make gestures noticeably more reliable.
- Fast finishers: templates and the mandala mode keep quick students creating instead of waiting.
